UCF's expertise comes in handy during the pandemic

One in every 10 faculty members at the University of Central Florida’s College of Nursing is certified in health care simulation, and three are among the world’s leading experts in the field and have an advanced certification. Their expertise came in especially handy last spring, when the COVID-19 pandemic forced undergraduate nursing students to complete their clinical training — normally done at the hospital bedside — virtually.
